BUDGET & SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT
We provide our clients with a detailed budget for the various stages of the development. This may include the collection of additional data, communicating constantly with the developer and the team to ensure our client is always aware of the various costs involved and keeping track that the spenditures are coincinding with the planned costs of the project.
DESIGN OVERSIGHT & REVIEW
Our role at this stage is to carefully ensure that the design is consistent with the owner’s vision and coinciding with the available budget and the expected schedule of works. We provide further reviews and value engineering suggestions to make sure that the owner gets predictable outcomes.
ACQUISITION & SALES
We employ a director from our team to assist the owner in everything related to the acquisition and sales of the project. We understand this process can be overwhelming to our clients, that is why we ensure to employ the correct people to make it go as smoothly as possible.
We offer weekly or bi-weekly site visits as instructed by our clients to ensure all the work is running properly and inform our clients of any complications.
We provide a progress report by the end of each month including an audited version of the project’s schedule, budget and spenditures tracking and key elements that the client might need to ensure all his interests are protected.
